• To achieve a total rate of return that will allow the Foundation to respond in increasingly effective ways to the charitable needs of the Wichita area through its grantmaking program.
• To provide guidance to financial managers, investment counselors and the Foundation’s Investment Committee and Board of Directors.

• To maintain a disciplined approach to investment management that will enable the Foundation, its donors and its beneficiaries to engage in both short and long-term financial planning.
