The Wichita Symphony Orchestra is one of the oldest arts organizations in Kansas. Their mission is to provide high quality musical presentations for as many different audiences as possible.

Reporting Requirements

Just as with grant requests, the Wichita Community Foundation has also simplified the reporting requirements for grant recipients. Our goal is to free nonprofits from the drudgery and staff-hour costs of quarterly reports, and yet still collect the data necessary to assure our donors and serve our community.

To accomplish that, at the end of the grant period you’ll complete a simple, one-page form on which you’ll answer straightforward questions. We want to know how successful you were at reaching your goals; what you would do differently; and how has the project been of benefit to the people you serve.

If you’re already filing a report with another funder on the same project, simply send us a copy of that report. If we have additional questions, we’ll give you a call.

Since the information you share will be evaluated and used to improve grant making to other organizations, we do ask that your reports be timely. And we require your report to be completed before another grant will be made.
